The fact that I've been living in Van Nuys a little over 10 years and I wasn't aware of this little gem is insane!!! The açaí bowls are delicious and so fresh! The coffee is to die for.. and don't get me started on their hand press juices!!!! Love the fact that this place has options for everyone from healthy options, vegan, and even for the sweet tooth human. So glad I came across those gem!
While in the area I stopped by to get coffee. I was surprised to see their food options. They all sound so amazing. I will come back to try it out soon. I just ordered a cold brew and it was delicious. It's hard to find good coffee in this part of the neighborhood. Since it's so close to my mom's house I'll be stopping by more often now that I know what they serve. Customer service was very welcoming and friendly. I felt appreciated that I stopped by to get coffee from here. They have indoor seating but not outdoor. It's located in a small plaza but I found parking with no problem. Once I try the food I'll update my review. This one is for the coffee and the service only.
THE SERVICE IS AMAZING!! The workers here are very welcoming and friendly. I went with three of my other friends and we were well taken care of. I tried a breakfast burrito and the spicy chicken sandwich, awesome food!! I believe it was the owner who brought us a waffle to try on the house. SO SO NICE OF HIM!! I will for sure be back :)
The breakfast burrito and frozen coffee latte from Victory Caffe was superb!!!! This is a small shop, so more of a grab-and-go establishment, but you can order online via their website to expedite the pickup process. Service was fast and efficient. My food was ready after 15 minutes. There's a small lot and I was able to park right away. During peak hours, I can see the parking area being a little more difficult. There's something for everyone here, given the menu options. I highly recommend checking out the menu so you can gauge for yourself. I see they also offer boba drinks now - not sure that would be my go-to here, but I like that boba is offered earlier in the morning here, too. I'll be back again and again.
Cute cafe with good food and boba The service was good polite employees and clean area
My recent order from Victory Cafe, consisting of a breakfast burrito and tropical juice, left much to be desired. While the tropical juice was pleasant, it lacked the unique flavor profile needed to make it memorable or inspire future orders. Similarly, the breakfast burrito failed to leave a lasting impression--it wasn't necessarily bad, but it fell short of greatness. As a result, I have no inclination to return. One notable drawback was the absence of a salsa option as a side for the burrito. Instead, chipotle mayonnaise was provided and the only option provided, which didn't align well with the traditional pairing of salsa and breakfast burritos. While I appreciate the attempt at offering something different, I believe a salsa option would better complement and enhance the overall burrito.
